Managing Director
Dr.John Wells is well known in the industry as a specialist author of ADI and PDI training materials. These are used nationwide by independent instructors and training establishments and are recommended by the leading trade body in the industry, the Driving Instructors Association (DIA). John has provided a consultancy service for those wishing to register with ORDIT, advising on training techniques and quality, and worked extensively with the Driving Instructors Register of Ireland (DIR), writing approved training materials as Eire moves towards compulsory registration of driving tutors. He is a member of the DIA Education Committee and consultant for the Belt Up School Kids (BUSK) school transport safety group.
Fleet Training Manager
Alf Reynolds is a former Supervising Examiner (SE ADI + DT), Police Driving Instructor and LGV/PCV examiner with the Driving Standards Agency. As well as being a Grade Six ADI and qualified skid car instructor, Alf is a Diamond Advanced Driving Examiner and is responsible for the day to day running of the Fleet Training programmes.
Senior Driving Instructor Trainer & Fleet Examiner.
John Preston is an experienced driver trainer with additional qualifications in fleet training, PCV, LGV and Forklift training, banksman training, Manual Handling training/examination and RoSPA observer/examiner. He is a DSA Grade 6 driving instructor, as well as being a staff trainer for the Fleet Diploma Course, John is responsible for managing the training of potential driving instructors for all Parts of the ADI qualifying examinations.
Senior ‘ORDIT’ Driving Instructor Trainer
Maria Dyer has 23 years experience in the driver training and testing industry and is a former DSA ADI examiner. As a DSA ORDIT trainer Maria specialises in the training of potential driving instructors and continuing professional development for ADIs. Maria is a RoSPA Gold Advanced driver and an Emergency Response driving instructor.
