A.T. Driver Training Consultancy Ltd. (ATDTC) was formed in 2002, bringing together under one umbrella a range of services for the driver training industry. The scope of the company is to provide driver and driving instructor training and assessment at all levels from learner to advanced driving. The company operates on a consultancy basis and has associates skilled in many areas of driver training and driving technique. Our staff are appointed on the basis of considerable experience and appropriate qualification and are expected to perform to exacting standards.
ATDTC is committed to improving personal and public safety. We offer various types of corporate driver training and defensive driving courses. We also provide Driving Instructor Training Programmes for those who are seeking a new career as a driving instructor. Our Driving Standards Agency (DSA) accredited Fleet Driver Trainer Course is for those ADIs who want to specialise in providing training to fleet drivers or who wish to take their ability to train to an advanced level.

Our training premises are situated at ‘Rombourne’ 130 Aztec, Aztec West Business Park, Bristol BS32 4UB, just off the junction 16 of the M5 and adjacent to the M4 and M5 intersection.

Dr. John Wells
Dr. John Wells is well known in the industry as a specialist author of ADI and PDI training materials. John has provided a consultancy service for those wishing to register with ORDIT, advising on training techniques and quality, and worked extensively with the Driving Instructors Register of Ireland (DIR).
